So I took a break from blogging

Things were a little crazy with holidays, illnesses, travel, research, presentations, life and stuff so I took a brief break from blogging for a while, but I think I will start back up. So if I haven't responded to your comments, sorry (and if I never seemed to respond to your comments anyway, sorry as well, I do read all comments and I appreciate them, even if I don't always respond). I just have to get back into writing.
